Your commercial loan invoice has been designed in a clear, concise format, making it easy to read and understand. Your invoice features the following information:
Current Information Summary. Current and past due amounts are totaled at the top of the invoice to provide a quick summary of the full amount due.
Comprehensive Information. The loan invoice displays detailed information on your account activity, from tracking interest rate changes to reporting escrow or replacement reserves due for the billing period.
Automatic Debit Information. If you are taking advantage of auto deduct, you will receive your invoice prior to the date your account is debited. This invoice will include a verification of the amount to be debited and the date.
