To turn on JavaScript in Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Web content zone that you are using (for example, click Local Intranet),
    and then click Custom Level button.
  3. Locate Active scripting under Scripting settings. Click to select the Enable radio button.
  4. Click OK button on Security Settings and Internet Options windows to save your changes.

To turn on JavaScript in Firefox, follow these steps:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.., and then click the Content tab.
  2. Click to select the Enable JavaScript check box.
  3. Click OK button to save the setting.

To turn on JavaScript in Safari, follow these steps:

  1. Open Safari
  2. On the Safari menu, click on Preferences.
  3. Click the Security icon.
  4. Click on Enable JavaScript next to the Web Content section if it is not checked
  5. Close the Preferences window
  6. Close and restart Safari.

Opera 9.xx series

To turn on JavaScript in Opera 9.xx series, follow these steps:

  1. Open Opera.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Preferences.
  3. Click Content in the Preferences list.
  4. Check the box next to Enable JavaScript.
  5. Click the JavaScript Options button to open the JavaScript Options box.
  6. Check the boxes that you want to allow.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click OK.

Google Chrome(v0.4.154.23)

To turn on JavaScript in Google Chrome(v0.4.154.23), follow these steps:

  1. First close any open Chrome windows.
  2. Right click on a blank area of your Desktop.
  3. Select New.
  4. Create a new Shortcut with the following in the "Type the location of the item:" text box:
    • For Windows Vista:
      %userprofile%\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe -enable-javascript
    • For Windows XP:
      "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\chrome.exe" -enable-javascript
      Note: You'll have to enclose the file path for Windows XP in quotes due to there being spaces in it.





Mortgage Transfer

Welcome, Hudson City mortgage customers. As your new mortgage servicer, we're here to answer questions and make the transfer of your mortgage to M&T Bank as seamless as possible.




Here's what you can expect in the coming weeks.

At M&T Bank, you’re getting more than just a new mortgage servicer – we’re one of the nation’s most financially strong banks, ready to provide you with friendly, personal service and access to the information you’ll need to make this transition as easy as possible.

Here’s what you can expect in the next few weeks:








By the beginning of December, you will receive an M&T Welcome Kit in the mail. Please be sure to read it carefully. If your payments were automatically drafted by Hudson City Savings Bank, this service will continue. However, there may be a slight delay in the drafting of your December payment due to this transition.

Hudson City customers not using the automatic payment option, please use the provided coupon for December payments. If not already paid to Hudson City, please write your new M&T account number on the check and mail to: M&T Bank, P.O. Box 62182, Baltimore, MD 21264-2182. After December, you will receive monthly statements to manage your mortgage payments.

The servicing of your mortgage account will be transferred from Hudson City Savings Bank to M&T Bank.

You’ll have access to your new M&T account information through My Mortgage Info or M&T Mortgage Customer Service at 1-866-462-1156. To view your account information through www.mtb.com/mymortgageinfo, you must first create a new User ID and passcode  by clicking on “Register User ID/Passcode.” If you have misplaced your welcome letter containing your new account number, you can locate it online using the account number lookup tool.

You may now also make online mortgage payments directly to M&T Bank. To set up online and automatic payments, visit My Mortgage Info. Listed below are some of our other payment options:

By Mail: P.O. Box 62182, Baltimore, MD 21264-2182. Be sure to include your coupon. If you’ve misplaced your coupon, be sure to write your new M&T mortgage account number on your check. Your new M&T mortgage account number can be found on your welcome letter, or you can locate it online using the account number lookup tool.

  • Automatic Deduction. Enroll at www.mtb.com/mymortgageinfo
  • Payments By Phone. 1-866-241-6014 (A nominal fee may be assessed for this service)
  • Other Payment Options. Pay in person at any M&T branch or through Western Union at 1-866-241-6014

You can expect to receive your first M&T Mortgage billing statement in the mail. This statement will be for your January 2016 payment.
