Annual Employee Survey Encourages Feedback and Promotes Strategic Impact Planning
Since the M&T Commitment is designed to drive employee engagement throughout M&T Bank, we survey all our employees annually to gauge their thoughts and perceptions on key themes that promote an excellent work experience that achieves ongoing, continuous improvement.
Local Decision Making: Following the survey, more than 1,000 workgroups across the bank undertake a strategic impact plan to focus on strengths and areas for improvement at the local level that pertain to their specific work environment and business line goals and objectives.
Bankwide Benefit: Subsequent surveys measure progress on and the success of the impact planning efforts and determine future planning needs. This strategic, local focus differentiates us from our competition and creates a best-in-class work experience for our employees.
