Canadian Complaint Resolution Process

    If you are still unsatisfied after consulting the Principal Officer, you can contact the M&T Bank Canada Branch Ombudsman for an additional review of your situation. The M&T Bank Canada Branch Ombudsman can only review your concern after you have received a response from the Principal Officer. To request assistance from the M&T Bank Canada Branch Ombudsman, please make your request in writing to the attention of Chip Nolan, at the address listed below. In your correspondence, please explain, in detail, the problem you are experiencing, why the problem has not been adequately resolved to your satisfaction and what you are requesting M&T Bank to do to address your concern.
