1. Use of these features and services requires internet and/or data access through a computer or mobile device. 2. The balances of Accounts may change at any time as M&T processes items and fees against Accounts, and the information provided to a Mobile User through the Service may become quickly outdated. In addition, transaction and balance information may be updated at different times (e.g., ACH transaction information may be updated when ACH batches are processed and lockbox transactions may not be reflected in Mobile InfoPlu$ until business day after they are processed). Viewing of account history may be limited by the number of transactions supported on the Mobile Device, as determined by M&T Bank or by your device capabilities.

3. For clients with appropriate Agreements, including a Treasury Management Master Services Agreement and a Client Resolution, only a Client Election Form is needed. Clients without up-to-date documentation may need to complete additional agreements before enrolling in Mobile InfoPLU$.
