Frequently Asked Questions

Thank you for your interest in the transfer of the Wilmington Trust family of companies to M&T Bank Corporation. As we work to combine our organizations, business functions and customer services, we will keep you informed about what to expect and of any changes that might affect you in the coming months. In the interim, you may continue your banking and other business in the same manner, and at the same locations, as you have in the past.

This means that you can continue to use your accounts, banking services, ATMs and branch locations as you always have. Later this year, your deposit and loan accounts will be converted to M&T Bank’s computer systems. Between now and then, we’ll be working very hard to make sure that the transition is as easy and smooth as possible for you. Use the links below to find answers to some of your questions and be sure to check back often, as we plan to provide additional information as it becomes available.
