The Digital Services Agreement ("Agreement"), which governs your use of M&T Digital Services, including M&T Online and Mobile Banking, has been updated.

updated Digital Services Agreement as the summary does not cover all changes or all changes in detail.
Summary of Changes:
Sections G.18 (M&T Flash Funds™) and N (Fees): Section G18 was added in anticipation of the upcoming addition of M&T Flash Funds to the Mobile Deposit Service. It outlines the terms and conditions that will apply to that functionality. Section N was amended to include the fee for the M&T Flash Funds functionality, if you choose to use it for eligible deposits.
Section H (Zelle® Service for Personal Accounts): This section was amended to include terms relating to newly available functionality that will allow you to request money from other users through Zelle.
Section K (M&T Money Smart Service for Personal Accounts): This section was added in anticipation of the upcoming availability of the M&T Money Smart Service, and outlines the terms and conditions that will apply to that service.
No further action is required on your part at this time. Your continued use of M&T Digital Services confirms your agreement with these changes. If you choose to not accept the changes, please contact M&T at 1-800-790-9130 to unenroll in M&T Digital Services.
