The Digital Services Agreement ("Agreement"), which governs your use of M&T Digital Services, including M&T Online and Mobile Banking, has been updated.
Please see the summary of changes below. Please read the entire Agreement carefully and review the
updated Digital Services Agreement as the summary does not cover all changes or all changes in detail.
Summary of Changes:
Section A.9. (Preliminary General Provisions; Your Access Codes): This section was updated to clarify that each account owner should obtain and use his or her own Access Codes. Users should not share their Access Codes with others.
Section B.6. (M&T Rewards Program (Credit Card)): This section was updated to reflect changes in how to view and redeem your Credit Card Rewards. Rewards are now accessed through M&T Online Banking, the M&T Mobile app or by phone.
Section F.1. (M&T Mobile App): This section was amended to include the newly available functionality to make payments to eligible M&T loans from external accounts via the M&T Mobile App.
Section J.2. (Optional Alerts): This section was updated to include that Optional Alerts are offered, as available. Please note that Optional Alerts are now available for Retail and Business Credit Cards.
Section M.25.c (Administrator and Authorized Users (for Businesses)): This section was amended to include Bill Pay functionality specific to recurring payments scheduled by an Authorized User when the Authorized User’s Online Banking account is locked.
No further action is required on your part at this time. Your continued use of M&T Digital Services confirms your agreement with these changes. If you choose to not accept the changes, please contact M&T at 1-800-790-9130 to unenroll in M&T Digital Services.
