The Digital Services Agreement ("Agreement"), which governs your use of M&T Digital Services, including M&T Online and Mobile Banking, has been updated.

updated Digital Services Agreement as the summary does not cover all changes or all changes in detail.
Summary of Changes:
Section L. M&T BizPay: ACH, Wire Transfers, and Real-Time Payments Digital Services (Business Accounts) and Section O.2. Fees (Business Accounts): These sections were updated in anticipation of the upcoming addition of Real-Time Payments as a digital payment service to the existing services: ACH & Wire Transfer.
Section M. Voice Assistants – Alexa (for supported Personal Accounts): This section was added in anticipation of the upcoming availability of the digital voice assistant Skill on Amazon’s Alexa Service or any Alexa-enabled device. It outlines the terms and conditions that will apply to that service. This service will be available to Retail Checking, Retail Savings and Retail Credit Card account holders.
No further action is required on your part at this time. Your continued use of M&T Digital Services confirms your agreement with these changes. If you choose to not accept the changes, please contact M&T at 1-800-790-9130 to unenroll in M&T Digital Services.
