The Digital Services Agreement ("Agreement"), which governs your use of M&T Digital Services, including M&T Online and Mobile Banking, has been updated.
Please see the summary of changes below. Please read the entire Agreement carefully and review the
updated Digital Services Agreement as the summary does not cover all changes or all changes in detail.
The new Agreement is effective September 23, 2018.
Summary of Changes:
Section G.8 (Mobile Deposit Endorsements and Procedures): This section was amended to indicate the correct endorsement of a check deposited through the Mobile Deposit Service.
Section H (Zelle® Service for Personal Accounts): This section was added to the Agreement in anticipation of the upcoming availability of the Zelle Service, and outlines the terms and conditions that will apply to that service.
Section L.9 (Cancellation): This section consolidates several related sections and describes the terms applicable to cancellation of one or more of the Digital Services by you or by us.
Section M (Fees): This section was updated to reflect that M&T Bank no longer charges a $3 fee for outgoing transfers using the Bank to Bank Transfer Service.
No further action is required on your part at this time. Your continued use of M&T Digital Services confirms your agreement with these changes. If you choose to not accept the changes, please contact M&T at 1-800-790-9130 to unenroll in M&T Digital Services.
