At M&T Bank, we are excited to celebrate Pride Month and our LGBTQ+ communities.
Making the difference
The M&T Pride employee group (EG) provides a space for employees to share experiences and support each other. M&T is active at Pride Month events, whether it’s at annual Pride parades or actively celebrating at local branches.
Rochester Pride Parade
Every year M&T Bank’s Western New York Pride Resource Group marches with the Rochester Community during its annual Pride parade. You will always see M&T Bank employees wearing their M&T Bank Loud & Proud T-shirts while also marching alongside the M&T Bank float. Not only are we proud sponsors of Rochester’s annual Pride parade, we are equally as excited to march and stand proud alongside our communities.
Metro DC Parade
In addition to Rochester, M&T Bank partners with NBC4 and Telemundo to make the Metro DC Pride parade a spectacle to be had. Once again, you’ll always see M&T Bank employees standing loud and proud celebrating the LGBTQ+ community within the DC area alongside our partners at NBC4.
