To turn on JavaScript in Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Web content zone that you are using (for example, click Local Intranet),
    and then click Custom Level button.
  3. Locate Active scripting under Scripting settings. Click to select the Enable radio button.
  4. Click OK button on Security Settings and Internet Options windows to save your changes.

Firefox

To turn on JavaScript in Firefox, follow these steps:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.., and then click the Content tab.
  2. Click to select the Enable JavaScript check box.
  3. Click OK button to save the setting.

Safari

To turn on JavaScript in Safari, follow these steps:

  1. Open Safari
  2. On the Safari menu, click on Preferences.
  3. Click the Security icon.
  4. Click on Enable JavaScript next to the Web Content section if it is not checked
  5. Close the Preferences window
  6. Close and restart Safari.

Opera 9.xx series

To turn on JavaScript in Opera 9.xx series, follow these steps:

  1. Open Opera.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Preferences.
  3. Click Content in the Preferences list.
  4. Check the box next to Enable JavaScript.
  5. Click the JavaScript Options button to open the JavaScript Options box.
  6. Check the boxes that you want to allow.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click OK.

Google Chrome(v0.4.154.23)

To turn on JavaScript in Google Chrome(v0.4.154.23), follow these steps:

  1. First close any open Chrome windows.
  2. Right click on a blank area of your Desktop.
  3. Select New.
  4. Create a new Shortcut with the following in the "Type the location of the item:" text box:
    • For Windows Vista:
      %userprofile%\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe -enable-javascript
    • For Windows XP:
      "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\chrome.exe" -enable-javascript
      Note: You'll have to enclose the file path for Windows XP in quotes due to there being spaces in it.

Zelle is a service that will let you send money to almost anyone with a U.S. bank account using that person’s email address or mobile phone number.

How will it work?

It will be simple to send money using Zelle. You’ll log in to the M&T Mobile Banking App or Online Banking and go to Zelle in the menu. Then you’ll enter your recipient’s email address or mobile phone number and the amount you want to send. He or she will get an email or text notifying them that you’ve sent them money.

Zelle is a fast and more secure way for individuals to send or receive money. With just your recipient’s email address or mobile phone number, you’ll be able to send money to almost anyone with a bank account in the U.S. Money sent between registered Zelle users typically arrives within minutes. If your recipient hasn’t yet registered with Zelle, it may take between one and three business days for the transaction to complete after your recipient registers.

After you’ve enrolled in Zelle through the M&T Mobile Banking App or Online BankingDIS-221-DIS, simply add your recipient’s email address or mobile number, the amount you’d like to send, review and hit “confirm.” In most cases, the money is typically available in minutes. If your recipient hasn’t yet registered with Zelle, it may take between one and three business days for the transaction to complete. To receive money, just share your email address or mobile number with a friend and ask them to send you money with Zelle.

You’ll be able to access Zelle through the M&T Mobile BankingDIS-221-DIS app and Online Banking in 2018. Until then, you can access Zelle by downloading the Zelle app. If you use the Zelle app before M&T launches the service, the person you want to send money to, or receive money from, must have access to Zelle through their own bank or credit union.

​Yes, you can download the Zelle app now; however you won’t be able to send payments to other M&T customers yet. When using the Zelle app before M&T launches the service, the person you want to send money to, or receive money from, must be registered with Zelle and have access to Zelle through their own bank or credit union. Once M&T launches, you’ll be able to send payments to M&T customers, and almost anyone with a U.S. bank account.
