What You Can Expect

The Technology Development Program is intended for those interested in launching a career in software development. TDPs will explore and discover new passions through coding, continual learning, community engagement, and the willingness to take an active role in their career trajectory.

This 2 year rotational program designed to help you plan your unique career path.

Year 1

Your initial team assignment is determined based on your skills, strengths, and interests discussed during your interviews and preboarding feedback surveys.

Year 2

Your second rotation will be selected by you after participating in our Career Expo, where TDPs will have the opportunity to network with managers and learn about our Tech teams and the projects they support. TDPs will submit their top choices for team placement.

Program End

At the end of the program, you will have the visibility to all opportunities within the Technology Division and begin selecting your permanent assignment.

TDPs will have the opportunity to engage in one or more of the Pillar sub-groups to help coordinate different aspects of the program. Not only does pillar work provide networking opportunities amongst your cohort, but it will also provide ownership into your own development.
