At M&T, providing our customers with efficient and secure methods of payment processing while also helping to ensure our merchants are using reliable terminals is a top priority. For this reason we want to notify you that your current terminal no longer meets industry standard security protocols and is considered end of life.  Therefore, your terminal must be replaced with an upgraded terminal designed to meet evolving security standards and payment technology.  Because your terminal is obsolete, if your terminal experiences an issue and/or requires a software upgrade after October 1, 2025, you will not be able to get support, and you will not be able to process until you replace your end-of-life terminal.
