Branch Availability with Safety in Mind

Your health is our number one concern. Here's how we can work together to ensure the safety of you, our colleagues, and our communities.

How We're Keeping You Safe

  • We've placed markings on the floor to help you practice social distancing
  • We're wearing masks and waving instead of shaking hands
  • We're cleaning high touch surfaces like ATMs in accordance with the CDC's guideline
  • We're limiting the number of customers in the branch at any one point in time
  • We're requiring employees to stay home when they're not feeling well

What You Can Do Too

  • We ask that you wear a mask in accordance with the guidelines in your area. Masks should cover your nose and mouth and be secured under your chin, per CDC guidelines
  • Maintain a measurable distance between yourself and other customers
  • If you're experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or may have been exposed to the virus, we kindly ask that you do not enter the branch lobby

Many of our branches no longer require an appointment to enter the branch lobby. For faster service, we still encourage you to schedule an appointment.

In all other areas, most ATMs, drive-up windows and branch lobbies will continue to be available by appointment.

How the IRS Can Help

The IRS has started to distribute payments. Please visit the IRS Economic Impact Payment Information Center page for updated information, including:

  • Determining if you are eligible for a payment
  • The status and timing of your payment

If you do not typically file taxes, visit this IRS Economic Impact Payments page to determine if you should use the "Non-Filer: Enter Your Payment Info Here" application.

How We Can Help

  • To verify your deposit, use online or mobile banking available 24/7 from the comfort of your home. You can also set up an alert to notify you when deposits are made
  • You can deposit checks safely and conveniently by using mobile check deposit or at an ATM
  • If you have a negative account balance when your Economic Impact Payment is deposited to your account, you'll still have access to your payment regardless of the negative balance. We'll provide you with a temporary credit equivalent to the negative balance for approximately 90 days. You'll receive an email and/or letter with additional details

Our teams are in contact with local and state authorities and are closely following the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (cdc.gov). As a result, we have taken these measures:

  • Facility Cleaning. Branches and other office locations have implemented enhanced cleaning services including wiping down high touch areas
  • Social Distancing. We've reduced the number of employees and visitors in our offices, employees that have the capability are working from home and holding virtual meetings, essential employees that must still come in to a branch or office location are following the CDCs guidelines for safe hygiene
  • Travel. We have suspended all business travel for employees, domestically and internationally and following all CDC self-isolation guidelines
