Spotlight Shop In-Branch

All walks of life step inside our branches to take care of business, which is why we like to bring some extra special perks to our customers every now and again. M&T Bank is proud to announce our brand-new Spotlight Shop In-Branch, where we will be featuring small businesses in select branches throughout our footprint to help them promote their brands – and bring a little extra cheer to our customers as they bank.

Some of our Spotlight Shop businesses have previously been featured in our outdoor mobile shop, stationed in popular areas in our communities. But now with this new offering, even more M&T Small Business Customers will have the opportunity to gain exposure for their brands and make direct contact with customers in an M&T Bank branch. Come in to make a deposit and leave with a Danish – a real win-win, right?!

A look into the launch

The first two Spotlight Shop in-branch features kicked off in Buffalo, NY, and Baltimore, MD, in May. At our Buffalo branch located at 2882 Delaware Avenue in Kenmore, Buffalo Gals by White Rabbit Design set up shop with the cutest Buffalo-centric cards, notebooks, gifts and more. Meanwhile at our Federal Hill branch at 1111 Light Street in Baltimore, things were smelling even nicer than usual with Queen’s Temple Handmade Artisan Soaps, featuring their sweetest scents and sudsiest soaps.

This is just the beginning! Our plan is to get small businesses in as many of our branches and cities as possible, but we wanted to share the excitement with you as it is so far. If you don’t live in either of these areas, hang tight. But we totally wouldn’t blame you if you take the drive to one of these two locations. Road trip?!
