Navigation will work a little differently in M&T Online Banking.
As these updates roll out, you may notice that moving between pages works differently than it does today. In some areas, you may need to use the back button in the top left corner to return to the menu options.
Later, the way you move around M&T Online Banking will continue to evolve. Instead of seeing menu names across the top of the page, you will see a menu on the left side of your page that opens the available menu options.
Your Account Summary dashboard will have a new look.
The Account Summary dashboard will look different, with an updated layout that helps you quickly view your accounts and key information after you sign in.

While the navigation is similar, there will still be differences between the desktop (M&T Online Banking) and mobile app experiences. Use of the M&T Bank app, the size of your screen, internet browser, and other factors could influence your digital banking experience and its navigation.
In M&T Online Banking (not the M&T Mobile App), you can use the “Send Feedback” link under the Help & Support menu section on your Account Summary page or use the “Online Banking Feedback” link on the bottom of many other pages.
