Effective June 2026 Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC will transfer the servicing of your loan from Mr. Cooper to M&T Bank which will now provide the day-to-day servicing of your mortgage on its behalf. M&T Bank would like to welcome you and appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
Important Note: Access to enroll in M&T Online Banking will become available on June 8, 2026. Attempts to enroll before this date will be unsuccessful. Please return on or after June 8, 2026 to enroll in M&T Online Banking.
What to Expect
Late May: You’ll receive a Welcome Kit by mail with important information.
June 2026: The servicing of your loan will transfer to M&T Bank. Your account number will change.
June 8, 2026: You can enroll in:
- Online Banking
- Automatic Payments
- eStatementsMid-June: You'll receive your first monthly statement from M&T
By end of June: You’ll need to update the mortgagee clause on your homeowners insurance

Enroll in Online Banking Today
Get access to your online mortgage resource center, My Mortgage Info, through M&T Mobile and Online Banking. Enrolling is easy and you'll gain access to information you need to know about your mortgage.
Enjoy the safety and convenience of receiving your mortgage statements electronically. You can opt in from online banking, where you'll be able to see up to seven years of statements.
Avoid potential late fees and save time each month with Autopay. When you sign up for Autopay, your mortgage payment is automatically deducted from an account of your choice. Get peace of mind knowing your payment is scheduled each month.

You can look up your new M&T mortgage account number here. To find your new M&T mortgage account number, select your previous mortgage servicer, enter your Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN), and previous mortgage account number in the areas provided below.
Please use your new mortgage account number to access your account through M&T Online Banking, by phone, or at an M&T branch.
