What to Expect

    Late June: You’ll receive a Welcome Kit by mail with important information.

     

  •  

    July 2, 2025: The servicing of your loan will transfer to M&T Bank. Your account number will change.

     

  •  

    July 9, 2025: You can enroll in: 

    - Online Banking
    - Automatic Payments
    - eStatements

     

  •  

    Mid-July: You'll receive your first monthly statement from M&T

     

  •  

    By end of July: You’ll need to update the mortgagee clause on your homeowners insurance

You can look up your new M&T mortgage account number here. To find your new M&T mortgage account number, select your previous mortgage servicer, enter your Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN), and previous mortgage account number in the areas provided below.
